The training is lifeskills re-training or transformational tracking and guiding process. This work is experiential in nature in that it is about examining, re-examining and re-establishing one's own perception, understanding and participation in relating. The training is designed for each participant to explore their present vision and understanding of their emotional/feeling, mental/intellectual, physical/body-self and relational understanding within the presented setting or environment. I refer to this setting in a universal way as the Great Circle Of Life to simplify the process. This term is really a assessing one's participation and connection. This training is about exploring, assessing and enhancing one's ability and power to be living consciously aware and using healthy holistic health and wellness aspects.

These are some of the broader topics I cover in my work.  All aspects of recovery are explored in a safe and healthy way.  I work to help others interanlize that recovery is a life long process… to co-create a safe environment to do this exploration... And to inspire all participants to become more aware and conscious in the process. And to co-create sustainable lasting tools and methods to make your life healthier and happier. In order that we can all live free and safe and loved.  As well - the process is about learning to distinguish love from distortions. It is about learning to love one's self.

This the Great Circle of Life

This Re-training is about clarifying and qualifying each of our needs.  This training also examines victimhood and blame in a way where we each will find freedom. I have seen that we can end victimhood by doing RE-TRAINING of our true self. The goal is to assess and experientially see and feel our present way of doing our life. Through this training each participant develops their inner strength and  stronger emotional capacity (maturity) for dealing with self and with others. With this program, we will enhance our compassion to express safely - old situations of hurts and pains for self, others and humanity. This is a safe effective method to develop skills to help yourself and along with others, who will safely assist you.  Together, we can develop our understanding to trust our self more fully... and to be even more functional, with safety.  We all want to better understand life and have other people understand with us. Increasing ones' capacity to allow others to share and resolve distortions in life, in the most healthy and empathetic way is another goal of this training. And be so compassionate to support and nurture ones' truth to provide the safest of healing and helping environments. This is a simplified, yet safe method of helping, healing, coaching or assisting another human being in meaningful understanding and resolution of problems in life... relationships, addictions, negative behaviors or compulsions.

Helping the Helper - Helpers are susceptible to becoming overwhelmed at times, by the shear numbers of sometimes chronic, troubled, people. It is OK to  deal with our own issues first... to re-strengthen and re-group.

Walking The Talk - As you train, you will learn the theoretical basis for this system as well as the methods and tools used in the process and how to modify them to apply to your life situations.  You will safely and more accurately "practice" or "work"  with your own situations. This training can benefit all professionals involved in treatment, therapy, counseling, teaching, service fields, police, security, corrections and other helping professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in applying and teaching experiential techniques when coaching clients who have been hurt with trauma, addiction, abuse, eating disorders, co-dependency and low self-worth. Basic Psycho-Dramatic type techniques as well as other methods of healing will also be reviewed. The training combines presentations in small group practice sessions. There will be references to "other situations". Practice for Trainers includes seeing the learned techniques in action with yourself and trainees.

Healing to me is the accepting of change for the better life. My system of healing is based on the interweaving of the First People of North America's Traditional Values and Moral Teachings and some of the methods present Psycho-Social Mental Health Trainings and Teachings

I believe through the strength of the positive outcomes that I have seen in all the clients I have worked with. I have seen these people develop a more relevant, effective, efficient and thus sustainable method of healthy living. 

It is beneficial to honor the spiritual teachings of all other faiths such as Buddha, Christ, Muhammad, Scientology. Faiths that seek to have the peaceful harmony of compassion and non-violence as the path to life.  Because the goal of healing is to become "totally" healthy, a holistic approach must be taken. Human beings are viewed as a body, mind and spirit, encompassing emotions, thinking, and behaviors. Other important components of healing and life are environment, which includes community, family, work or profession and culture, traditions, as well as, laws and belief system. 
This holistic approach includes how we take care of our bodies, what we put into our bodies by way of food and toxins and what we take out through
behaviors
and addictions as well as medicating.  Healing ones' sexuality is another key factor in healthy living and this is usually the last “part” to heal because of the enormous shame involved. Especially if violence is involved.  To heal is to address all aspects of complacency or apathy towards violence in all its forms... these must explored and eliminated.

What season is it?  Where is she going?  Where is she coming from?  What is she feeling? What is the season?

 Develop a COMMON LANGUAGE for Recovery and Healing
We must develop a common language  for us to understand one and other so that we will make greater gains in our understanding of one and other.  Emotions have the greatest energy in our bodies and are ever-present. When faced with learning a new skill or refreshing an old one, we encounter emotion. Our past experience determines whether we make a choice or have a reaction. What we do depends on where we are and who with and what's the payoff. The real test for healthiness is in a close relationship... up close and personal. OR in a safe therapeutic setting where all stimulants such as caffeine, tobacco, sugar/salt junk foods, reading materials, phone, radio, TV, red meat, and isolating or hanging out with one person only (pairing) are removed. Can you imagine how long it would take to reach the deep shameful "Stuff"?

Now, we need things to help us deal with stress, so here come the addictions, disease, and other negative afflictions. We have lost the ability and opportunity to the expression of natural emotions? This causes us so many more problems and creates strong negative reactions when you "over" release "pent-up" emotions! This is really frowned upon, especially by people who cannot release their own or have been abused by "violent" people.

This phenomenon is even more extreme in small close isolated communities, families, systems or professions. It is essential for most of us to relearn or re-parent our selves and become more conscious and aware of basic emotions, senses and thinking. Old thinking and doing must be changed so that addiction or compulsion are eliminated or made them less powerful... toxic people and environments are the same.
 

 Example:  ADDICTION

Misuse or abuse of one's own body, mind or spirit. Excessive use, overuse, misuse, abuse of a substance, act, material, including people... to the point that it causes hurt, pain, problems. The quality or state of being addicted -

  1. Never-ceasing, strong need for and use of a habit-forming substance (as heroin, nicotine, or alcohol) characterized by tolerance and by well-defined physiological symptoms upon withdrawal; broadly: persistent compulsive use of a substance known by the user to be harmful.

Through this training you will see how -
Addiction is a choice!
  It is a choice through your original conditioning through significant people in your experiences of life and this choice is now bolstered by your inner processing. It is also supported either directly or indirectly by your environment. This is true because each with a known or unknown - realized or denied addiction - has been conditioned with an ability to ACCEPT our inability to face our truth ABOUT our personal dis-empowerment. Each of us has to face our truth and to be able to deal with or function with our own true self and our attitude and our beliefs and values and our morality and this of course is about our deep, implicating secrets. Each of us must be nurtured and nourished to become strong enough and feel safe enough to realize the freedom to overcome unresolved, pent-up, misunderstood, avoided emotions. The strength of the process of eliminating addictions is to emotionally understand and to developing experience in actually dealing with and resolving why you needed to do the "medicating and addicition" in the very first place.
Alcohol, drugs, food, gambling, tobacco, sex, violence... are the most common and easily accepted addictions.

Society (and we are society) acknowledges these addictions...
Would you believe that you could be addicted to a type of person or type of relationship? 

 

Example:  MEDICATE

 An example:  Do you need to read to fall asleep every night?  Do you take a drink to relax?  Do you smoke to relax or relieve stress?   Do you comfort eat?  Do you do a behavior or take a medication or sleep to escape uncomfortable situations or thoughts?   What do you do  to escape thinking or feeling about problems? 

 

Some benefits of the Spirit-Warrior Way
Examine to understand your relationships using metaphors, drama, art and other techniques. Safely explore to recognize and nurture your own values, strengths and choices for more fulfilling relationships. Parents of all ages and their children can have the opportunity to work on family relationships and individual relationship with self or "self-worth". Share experiences to help build and repair family or work relationship struggles and conflicts, intimacy patterns, then develop skills to enhance your relationships Begin to heal relationships. You will learn through sharing your own experience and by watching or helping another participant share theirs. Specific clear rules allow all participants the opportunity to safely share their life's experiences if they choose. All participants are required to take part in feedback within the rules. Relationship-building activities include learning about enhancement tools, self-worth exercises and having healthy fun activities. Develop a nurturing environment and atmosphere to keep the changes and to keep growing.
